Ultimate on-off road comms....
 

OK, there must be somebody out there that can advise the best on road communications around now. Cost not an issue. Just want to be able to reliable communicate witht he rest of the world and upload on to website easliky from anywhere. Is there a website that caters for this that I can have a look at???

Cost not an issue?

World wide ... than it is a satelite phone. Data speeds will be slow. But that is the only option. Most people just update their web sites when they get to a place with an internet cafe - much more comfortable and more speede.

There are lots of small laptops around, I think the best are the Sony - but you pay for it. Then burn CDs for your website and upload at an internet cafe, or use a USB memory stick. It means you can also carry round a music collection ( and a very small MP3 player), and back up your digital photos
