Hotmail Problems In Morocco

Just returned from Morocco and everytime I tried to download my emails from my hotmail account it took ages when I was able to connect. I noticed a guy using a Yahoo account seemed to get his emails very quickly.

Anyone else had problems with Hotmail?

Hotmail have problems a lot and often slow down. Just what you expect from a Microsoft product . Yahoo is far more stable. Better make the switch.

Just got back from a month Marocco and never had problems with my Yahoo account. Found it very usefull and reliable. I heard other Hotmail users that they where having problems on frequent bases.

Came from Morocco few months ago and didn't have any problems with my hotmail address. I have had mine account for many years now and very seldom had problems with it.

Morocco is fast and reliable in comparison to e.g. Mauritania.

Using http://www.altern.org solved the problem. Fast, reliable, and text only!

Hi Guys

I actually find the hotmail account slow in the UK when I sometimes check it for mail.

Will certainly not be using it on my travells again.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
