U.S registered bike transfer in panama
 

good day all.

Im selling my U.S registered KLR in panama.

anybody knows if i can just go to notary and sign the transfer or need boarder crossing for that?

also if i sell it to an American citizen can he enter back to the u.s with the bike with out any issues?

i have all the papers and clean title on my name.

In order to cross borders your buyer needs a clean registration/title with their own name in it. That's the crux.
