Need a bike in Nicaragua ASAP!! PLEASE READ

Hey everybody,

I'm traveling Nica, Rica, and Panama for the next month with my girlfriend. We arrive in Managua, Nicaragua on Wednesday April 9th. I had a few leads on bikes, but they all got sold or went elsewhere. The idea of traveling on the bus for the next month is closing in on me and starting to haunt me in my sleep.

We pack light so I will make any bike work, but something that can ride 2up. I am a U.S. citizen so foreign registered bikes will be the easiest to transfer to my name and for crossing borders. My price range is difficult to say because there is a possibility that I will have to take the bike back with me on a boat/plane which will cost me a pretty penny. That's if I like it enough to bring it back to Colombia or I can't sell it in Panama.

I could really use your help!! Please any information will help. Or any tips on areas to buy a bike. Or contacts.

Thank you for reading and please email, call, or reply.
