Guatemala Hwy 7 w
 

Just an update re this hwy from Hue hue to Santa cruz on to Coban.
Pavement to Uspantan then turns to rough gravel dirt track with a 3 k detour pass a huge landslide at STA. Elena which is only open from 6 to 18 hours and one way cost is 20 Q.
It is a great ride but very rough, I hope the pictures of the detour turn out because in Canada the road would have never been allowed open!
I came up from Panajachel through Qiuche 225 ks in 7.5 hours
