Going to Nicaragua
 

Hi folks,

Three of us will be crossing into the Baja on the 15th of March heading for Central America.A DR 350,KLR650 and a Katana,(he's only going to Puerto Vaiarta).Any tips or words of advice and or caution are appreciated. Also would be happy to hook up and meet with fellow travelers on the way.

Thank you however I believe we are going to avoid mexico city and stick to the coast and the mountains.Thank you for the invite. Do you own a moto?I suppose you do if you are on this site.

FWIW I blasted down on KLRs from Wisconsin to Roatan Honduras in 8 days...I was out to ride sunup to sundown, that was the plan....great stuff...

dirt in Baja?. or staying with the Katana?....

Hey Guy we are crossing at TJ Manana and we plan on taking 3 months to get to Nic ANd back.We pln to go slow enjoy and try and stay of the beaten path planning on camping alot.Both of us have spent a long time in SA the Kataa guy droped out he did not want to camp and go the slow road.
