I live in Chiriqui, the only risk at the moment is indigenous protests over hydro & mining. Roads are clear at the moment.
If you want to swing by my place I am 40km from Pasa Canoas

Roads are clear in CR, be careful with strong winds that we have in this days, especialy in open roads.
