Buying tires in panama???

Buying tires in panama???
I am going to have to buy some new skids in panama, and was wondering if any one new of a good place?
hopfuly one that stocks the right size and style. for me it would be a
130-80-17 rear and a 90-90-21 front, the perfect one would be a Michelin Anakee but i would settle for any decent dual sport tire.
thanks
wes

You are going to have trouble finding that 17 inch rear tire in Panama City. Are you still in Costa Rica? Buy it there instead if you really need it and can not wait until Colombia.

If you can't wait until Colombia, go to the BMW shop in Panama City. Ask them for some tires or if they know another place that does have some. They told me to go to a place about 8 blocks from their shop. They had my tires in stock (21 + 18) but had to order a 17 from the distributor. It took a few hours to arrive at their shop. No problem.

Sorry, don't remember the name of the other shop. Just know you can relax about the situation. Someone will have what you wnat.
