Border Crossing into Nicaragua from Honduras at Las Manos
FYI

I crossed into Nicaragua today at Las Manos and other than having five or six children run towards me, start yelling and following me around for a while (which was a little bit scary) it went ok. I was able to do it on my own with my limited Spanish. I wouldn't have minded paying a little bit for a helper but they were too aggressive for me to deal with.

I had to submit my Honduras motorcycle paperwork first. Then go to the Honduras immigration window which is right beside the Nicaragua window and pay $3 to leave. Then $7 to get into Nicaragua (I think this was for myself rather than the bike) and $12 for a month's compulsory insurance. I didn't do any photocopying.

It all took just over an hour and I crossed between 10am and 11am.
