Leather cattle-russler style gloves. Where in the UK?

Hi,

I've seen a few bikers out there with yellow/tan leather gloves that look like the kind of thing a man might wear whilst wrestling a steer to the ground for a branding. They're short, unlined (I think), plain leather gloves and usually a kind of tan or deep yellow colour.

Anyone know where I can get a pair in the UK? Matching chaps not necessary.

Matt

I've got some, great they are. aeorostich in the US was the only place I found, no where in the UK unfortunately (for the real elk skin version). they didn't work out that expensive. and I've been using mine for about 4 years now.

Probably not what you wanted to know, but you can order them from the Aerostich website for $39, you would need to know what size you are and contact them for shipping costs though.

Could be Wells Lamont Grips you are referring to.
Precurved. Unlined. 100% Cowhide leather. Suede reinforcement across the palm.

I got mine in Costco UK in packs of 2 pairs for something about £15 if I remember correctly.

Don't know about the matching chaps. You could try Old Compton Street, Soho most evenings!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
