Arctis 3 in particular

Feedback welcome before committing

Not tried one buy did some homework before buying my Hilleberg Nammatj 3. I also considered Arctis, this particular Arctis is basically a poor-man's copy of the Hilleberg Nammatj tent series, they saved a lot of R&D work by copying a lot of ideas from Hilleberg but as with any copycat job it often lacks certain fine tuned elements that come out with hard-earned R&D work, such as critical selection and strenght of materials (i.e. good examples are the Therm-a-Rest copycats or Chinese motorcycle copies of western bikes etc etc), entrance is poorly designed - lets in rain onto most of if you open it and color combination in the inside looked too depressive for me. But with the very attractive price I was about to buy one till I got a s/h Nammatj for a very good price from fleaBay - it was then a nobrainer for me.

I don't like people or compenies stealing other's ideas, but at this price level maybe worh experimenting though?
