RE: Rukka

If you buy on line with Rukka then if you want any alterations or need any warranty work doing,I can imagine the money saved buying over the net ould be negated by the hasstle of posting off your jacket and waiting to get it back after a repair etc..

I bought from a shop and can say Rukka are spot on

Thumbs up biker-land.de

just to say that I have used biker-land.de
to buy a Rukka at a 40% discount from UK RRP

contacted them via email and they where super helpful, efficient and prompt delivery.
I think it must have taken 2-3 days to receive the jacket.

paid by paypall - safe & secure.

Not sure about warranty, I think if something goes wrong I will take it to the local rukka retailer (infinity motorcycles) and see what they say.

George,

you just contact the importer for the UK. The guarantee is EU wide.

I did that when a zip failed on my Rukka Air.
Sent the jacket back and the zip was replaced without any problems.
Keep your receipt though to proove when you bought it.

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...s/thumbup1.gif I brought their £179 rukka jacket which was £349 in the UK.

Great communication and turn around time. I will deffinetly buy from them again.
Although I have noticed that there was some loose stitching on the inside of one of the pockets, but havent done anything about it, as I like "finding" fivers in there!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
