Tourance variations
 

I had a new Metzeler Tourance fitted to my R100GSPD a few weeks ago. While doing some work in my garage today I noticed that it is much more chunky than the usual one's that I get (I had a spare to compare it with). The tread also sticks out further at the side. Anyone know about the different versions?

I think the on-road handling is different, although I had lots of other changes done at the same time (Ohlins, bar-risers etc). Am off to Morrocco soon, so this may be a good thing.
