Good grief man, you must be joking!?
The horn is plenty loud! It freaks me out every time I use it… Do you wear earplugs? If NO, then its probably too late to start. If YES, remove them now and try the horn again. ![]() If your horn really is faulty I apologise for the smart-ass remarks. It’s really very simple to replace the horn. The complex electrical system does not apply here. There are only two wires, one red one black. – No diagnostic circuit/wire – Stone-age technology. Make sure your new horn has the same connector as the old one. Or simply cut off the old connecting piece and hook up the wires.

I agree, the stock horn isn't loud enough. I replaced mine with a Stebel Magnum, see http://www.nippynormans.com/prodinfo...item=1&mitem=2 It was just a case of snipping the wires of the OEM horn and connecting the Stebel in the same position.
