R100GS Riders and Service Manuals

I recently purchased a 1993 R100GS with the intent of readying for a trip to Alaska, the North West Territories and the Yukon next year.

Unfortunately, it did not come with a Riders/Operators/Owners Manual.

Would anyone know where I could possible download a copy or acquire a hard copy.

Additionally, any online resources for service manuals and related information would be sincerely appreciated.

Many thanks.

You can choose between Clymer and Haynes.

Make a simple search and buy online by internet easily.

I have Clymer and it is ok though something is not clearly explained. Some says Haynes is better.
Other people who knows both can contribute better.
Hope this helps.

If you get the repair manual, you don't need the owners instruction book. You have a great trip planned, now is the time to get used to serviceing the bike. Do a search on modifications you can do to make it better (all bikes have inherent problems) and start to do some jobs on it to optimise your tool kit and knowledge. If you can't repair/service the bike you'll be at a big disadvantage, even in a well supported country like the US. Being fairly old technology, the beemer is relatively easy to work on.
