No ABS after fall
Hi there,
ich fell with my bike (R1150 GS Modell 2003)in a curve. It took some time till i got the Bike up. Since that the ABS dont work. Do you have any idea how i can reset this. Thanks fo any idea Heiko |

I had a similar problem with my R1200GS after a red face experience at a traffic light, what had happened was that when the right hand protector met the ground it turned just enough to push on the brake lever which activated some wiggly amps which caused the electronics to disable the ABS and the servo. Make sure that the brake lever is not impinging on the protector then go through the startup again. Hope it works, ride safe, Mike

Thanks for the help. But the breaklever / switch was not 100 % O.K.
It's working now. I got a 2003 R 1150 GS & there are only 5 pins in the service plug. I don't know if it works the same way like in the discription. The blue wire is on another position. If you know anything about the new plug feel free to post it here. As far as i know it's only posible to reset with the computer. Thanx & Cheers Heiko |
