I have a 97 with 89K on the clock and an 1100RT with 90K.
Do you want to know how to adjust the clutch?

Bmw 1996 1100gs with 94,300

MR MARK:

Thank you for you reply, I have no experience with motorcycles, I have some with my cars,
After I stopped in a stoplight and I push the pedal to put it in first gear to start again , sometimes is a strong noise (cranck) so I am not sure if is me (that I need to practice more when I change the speeds) or the clutch need some work,
I am looking right now to get some good manual so I can learn all the mechanics of the bike
Thank you again if you can offer me some information
Sincererely
Alberto

These gearboxes are notoriously noisy and notchy when shifting gear however it would not hurt to adjust the clutch correctly. I am in a hurry now, but will post some info in an hour or two.
