help with dumb question
can anyone tell me how to pull the spark plug wires off the spark plugs on 2002 gs adventure?? the plugs need to be changed but when i try to pull the wires off like my old /6 they do not come off and i am scared to pull harder and break them as i am in brasil on an extnded trip.

The factory toolkit comes with a black plastic plug wire 'puller' which slides under the wire at it's 90 degree bend and has a hole to use with your finger, just pulling/popping it straight off.
If you don't have that funny looking 'puller', most anything such as a screwdriver with padded (paper, cloth, tape, etc) end can be used to lever it off. |

Just work it off slowly by shaking the special tool or the padded screw driver
mentioned in the previous post.Put some elbow greese in it and you should be ok.Let us know if you get it. |
