Gs Sintered clutch plate or standard???
Just would like some advice, has anybody fitted a sintered clutch plate to their bike if so what is their opinion ???
I am replaciing the worn clutch plate and wondered if I should use a sintererd one, they are described as ideal if travelling long distances with heavy luggage 2 up etc etc (almost indestructable) My only concern is are they either "in" or "out" which in heavy traffic would be a bit of a nightmare. Any help would be appreciated ![]() Thanks |

I have been using TT ceramic clutch and not too much difference compared to standard clutch. No problem in heavy traffic.

Forgot to mention that I use this TT ceramic clutch in R1200GS.
Not sure which bike you have, but price can be checked from TT homepage. Actually at the moment my bike is in 2 pieces and will get new ceramic clutch for my RTW trip. |
