f8oo gs computer
hi,dose any body know is it possible to replace the computer screen on the read out off my 2009 f800 gs
bmw want 500+ UKpounds for a compleate unint with speedo rev counter someone thought it was a good thing to smash the screen on mine if not it can stay as it is .thats what you get with unessary toys i gess thanks rick ![]()

Expensive part to replace... touratech computer is even more I think.
I have never had the need to replace the dash or screen so old for new will be expensive but maybe you can try 2nd hand? With so many bikes there have to be wreckers that have this part somewhere... I think the problem is that the dash is made to be waterproof (read resistant) and replacing just the screen would invalidate this. Have you dug around the other forums for just GSs, like Ukgser?
