F650 Funduro petrol tank price

HI folks I usually hang out on the Yam XT section but I was wondering if anyone here can give me some info on costs for replacement tanks. A friend of mine would like to buy a friend of theirs a new petrol tank for a 650 Funduro. No further details available!
Could anyone give me a "ballpark" figure to play with?
Thanks for any help. Cheers.

Gullman,
F650 tank option:
- Get a larger aftermarket tank (21 litres I think) e.g. Touratech. approx £230GBP
- standard BMW tank check Motobins, Motor Works, Sherlocks, www.bmwf650.co.uk for possible second-hand tanks.

Regards
David

Hi
I have a650 with a tourtec tank made by acebis it cost about £190 and it is 27 litres but you dont get a locking cap with that. I think the cap cost about £23.00 The tank fits in the same space as your old tank but dont try to have it painted you will be wasting your money, just as I did.get yourself a tank cover wich will also give you the abilitry to but a tank bag on. The cover cost me £72.00 from my local bike shop. it is a bagster one.I get on average 330 miles to a tank. Try not to go onto reserve though because it seems to cause an airlock and is a bugger to clear.
