I've fitted one on my R80GS when I had my gearbox open for repairs.
It feels a bit jerky in the beginning since it is meant for enduro sports, but after getting used to it I reckon it should last much longer than the normal clutch. Especially when letting the clutch slip on tricky trails. Besides that, if by accident you get oil seeping on your clutch you can scrap it. Mine can be cleaned and used again. Hans

Thanks Hans, that is about what I had expected and so far the rough riding with a full load in SA has caused some worrying smells so I think that prior to circumnavigating Africa I will get one fitted. Ride safe, Mike.
