Try BMW Motorrad of St. Louis: 800-999-1269. I 'm not familiar with their work, but maybe you could as around. There is also a dealer down in Cape Giradau (sorry about the spelling) but I can't recall their name.

I was at Bob's Motor Works in Roberts Montana last week for an oil change while on the road from the Vancover travelers meeting. He had a shop full of airheads. (bikes not blondes) He does alot of airhead rebuilds. People ship him stuff from all over for work. Or you could try Engle in Kansas City. That is the shop I got my r1150r. Where in Missouri are you?

Duh! I didn't look at your post closely before replying. From Sedalia, Engle Motors is a fairly short ride. From I-70, take I-435 north to Truman road, west about one half mile and look to your left.
