BMW F800GS tank conversion
Hi, Anyone got experience of the TT tank conversion for the 800GS? Interested to know how it changes the handling, how's the fit and whether std crash bars fit around the new tank (I've got the adventure spec ones bmw f800gs f800 gs crash engine bars - Guard-it-Technology - BMW F800GS Crashbars - adventure-spec.com: Off-Road Adventure Motorcycling gear,UK,enduro,rally,rallye,touring,rtw,mx)

no crashbars fit the TT tank.... I made my own my modifying the GIVI bars.

To my knowledge, no crash bars fit unless, like motofiets, you customise them. As for handling, it's got to affect it but I guess you don't always need to run with a full front tank and when you do, the advantage of having the range probably offsets any reduction in the quality of handling.
