2009 GSA Akrapovic Repack

Hi All,

Anyone had to re pack a BMW Titanium Akrapovic exhaust ?
Mine suddenly sounds quite loud when on the motorway and as if it is blowing, but cant see any evidence of blowing. Found on the Akrapovic site that the silencer material should be changed every 2 years but cant seem to find any evidence that this is an issue nothing on this site or web. As the can is held together with rivits it does not seem to be the most user friendly design.

Is this a feature of the can?
