1150 GS ADV TKC problem
I just put a new set of TKC80 on my bike and after a weekend of dirt riding and HWY (about 1200 miles) I discover that the plastic hub protecting the rear suspension was seriously damaged by the tire and also that the tube going from the rear supension was cut .
any idea how to fixe the hoze and why the hubb is damaged , I run 18 psi in sand and 35 on normal road. Hendi

Interesting, have you got any pictures?
I don’t know if the hose is for preload or compression-damping on the 1150. If it is compression-damping it should be replaced by a suspension-workshop and it might be the time to rebuild the shock (you will need new oil and gas anyway). If it is for preload it can be fixed at a hydraulic workshop. |
