Want to ride my 1100GS from Nepal to Europe?

Out in Nepal for 5 months having ridden here from the UK (Aberdeen). Planning on shipping the bike home but if anyone fancies riding it back to Europe I'm sure we could come to some arrangement.

A friend and I are hoping to drive from Indonesia to UK starting in August and I have another friend who was wanting to join us from Nepal but didn't want to get a bike. We'd be interested in using yours if you want.

You can contact me at my username at gmail.com if you are interested.

Sorry people.

Now that I've looked into it more - the Carnet is the problem. It would need a NEW carnet for the new rider as mine cannot be transferred.

This would entail big hassle and expense.

Looks like I'll have to ship it.

Question Shipping the bike from Nepal to Europe

Hi,

Have you been able to ship your bike from Nepal back to Europe? I also have a GS1100 and if truck transport is possible,it can be a good option. How much does it cost, what about paperwork?

Thanks,
