A really good guest house run by an Australian biker is Jonadda Guest house. 23/1 Ratvithi Rd. Soi 2.

We are impressed with the help John has given us getting work done on our bikes. He is also a friend of David Unkovitch(bad spelling) who produces the maps for Nth Thailand and Laos, and is known as Mr Biker in the area. You can meet him if you need extra info as well. John will set it up for you.
And an endless supply of hot water in the Guest house is an added bonus.
