Ibis is a major hotel chain so pricing varies.
ibis Hotels: book a hotel online for a business trip or a vacation
They often have secured parking with their premises in Europe - under cover parking or outside, fenced car park, or both.

They are part of a big group of hotels, originating in France.
Hotel Reservation : Book hotels online with Accorhotels.com

Accor run F1 and various other brands of hotel, so they cover a wide range of types and prices of accommodation.

I have used them quite a bit over the years, and found them to be OK overall. They vary a bit, IMO, depending on who is running them - the local management.

Interesting that they are available in South America.
