Bolivia - Sucre
Took me forever to find a hostel in sucre with both bike parking and dorms, I stayed at Gringo's rincon on Calle Loa, 3 blocks from the central market, I was paying 40b for a 6 bed dorm.
It's a nice social hostel with a good kitchen, patio on the roof, very clean etc. I liked it so much I accidentally stayed 3 weeks!

I can second this recommendation. Gringo's Rincon is a fantastic hostel and a Sucre is a great city.

Hostal CasArte Takubamba
Hostal CasArte Takubamba, a hip art hostel, a few blocks south of the center of Sucre, Bolivia. Great staff, sunny room, quiet, easy in/out parking for the motorcycle...what more can anyone ask for? Limited space for motorcycles, three bikes, maximum. Good breakfast, juice, eggs, bread, and a small fruit cup. More expensive then a backpacker hostel, 130 B (~$18.00 USD) for a nice double with bathroom. There was also a 10 B (~$1.50) charge per night for motorcycle storage. I stayed there for 7 nights. Very relaxing. Not really a party hostel, if that is what you are looking for.

Another option is hostel wasi masi. has parking, good rates and really nice relaxed environment.
