Bolivia, La Paz - Hotel
just found an excellent place to relax.
Termas de Urmiri 100km south of La Paz. Follow main road La Paz - Oruro, after 70km in El Tolar, turn right (big sign) and follow gravelroad for 26km, last 5km narrow, steep, a corkscrew road:-) great fun as long as there is no one coming the other way. The Thermes are just one older hotel, and some campingspaces. There is nothing around, just 3 hot or very hot pools, sauna, massage and other therapies plus 5000 flowers and 200 trees in a narrow gorge at 3000m Altitude. Its perfect for relaxing. Camping 15BS (2,5$), rooms incl. breakfast 40-80Bs (6,5-16$) weekend there are many daytourists from La Paz, otherwise its tranquile and people are very friendly
