We stayed in Hotel Bolivar: Bolívar 886 cross with estados unidos. Its cheap, and have acces to kichen.Tango lessons 2x in week. Good located. Parking like the most places you have to pay extra, its next door. I got permision from them to make serwis of our bikes. If you like to see a tango done by normal pepole go to Milonga club. its walking distance from Bolivar.
