Italy, Amalfi Coast - Very good accomodation
 

Been to the Amalfi Coast lately & found a very friendly and bike-safe accomodation up in the mountains, about 25 km from Amalfi: the 'Beata Solitudo' Hostel in Agerola. Price was €11.50 per night in the dorm. Other types of accomodation available (camping/double).
Bike sleeps inside the premise, with front gate locked.

Only downside: it's a bit tricky to find, so ask the locals for directions (Ageroa is a tricky one-way system and if you miss the right junction, you have to go all around the hillside town again).

Paolo and his wife were the friendliest people I've met on my trip so far. One night (the shops were already closed), Paolo even gave me a bottle of wine for free. (I asked "How much is it?" and he only laughed and said "Just go! Go!")

Talking to Paolo, he said he's thinking about doing an overland trip in a camper, with 2 friends into Central Asia – so I recommended the HUBB to him to get going ;)
