Okay, Lezhe is not a city you would make a bee-line for. But if it's where you are when it gets dark, you could do worse than this cheap (Lek2,000 = GBP12 = EUR15 = US20) place on a backstreet of Lezhe in Northern Albania. It has a terrace out front, which is locked at night. Perfect for your bike, even though it will not be out of sight. And there's an internet cafe across the road, the only one I saw in Albania (not that I was looking very hard)
