Anyone looking for a place to camp and access to a mechanic, good food and avid motorcyclists stop in Ruhengeri Rwanda. Jock Boyer & Kimberly Coats have two homes, 7 BMWs and access to some parts. We had the pleasure of meeting Jock, Kimberley and team when we recently travelled through Ruhengeri (or Musanze as its often referred to). They proved charming and generous hosts offering good advice on the best local roads, as well as those further afield, as they've explored extensively through Southern Africa on a range of bikes.
Oh and the town is the gateway to the Parc de Volcans, the best place in the world to see mountain gorillas!
