urgent; looking for storage for 4x4 in Adelaide

Hi all,

Together with a friend I have a Troopy. We bought it in Perth last year and used it for a couple of months and currently it is parked in Darwin.
I will drive it down to Adelaide in March and April, arriving mid of April. The storage area I had arranged in Adelaide since long with a friend has been cancelled because she is suddenly forced to move to another location. Now I am looking for a place to park the car for a couple of months or until late 2011 when we pick it up again! Outdoors at an industrial estate or farm or boat storage is fine and the car does not need attending, it has solar panels which will keep the batteries charges all the time.

Does anybody have a place available (does not need to be sheltered) or does any one know some leads?

Thanks in advance

Cheers,
Noel

Have you contacted any HU communities directly? Also try posting over on advrider in their Australia section. Also TLC or Landy owners club websites.

Good luck,
Chris

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
