Upholsterer to lower my seat

For my Ninja 650 in NZ I had the seat lowered by Mcdonalds Motor Trimmers in Tauranga. They did a great job.

Now I'm off to Australia and will be purchasing same bike in either Melbourne or Sydney. I would like to know if anyone has a recommendation of an EXPERIENCED motorcycle seat upholsterer.

Previous to my Tauranga experience I went to another upholsterer in Wellington and the job was really bad and uncomfortable.

Any help?

Upholsterer

I've bought a 2010 605R Ninja in Melbourne and have been recommended ACM Seats (Australian Cumfy Motorcycle Seats).

...Since they are based in Melbourne and I can get it done before I arrive I will go with them unless someone writes and says they are CR-P!!

Thanks to those who replied...we were going to go for Brissy but we are bypassing that city and going an inland route!

Ciao

Motorcycle Seat Lowered

I used ACM based here in Melbourne and used the Australia Post COD as way of getting work done and seat returned.

Australia Post were pretty slow in returning it. ACM posted Wednesday morning and it wasnot available to collect until Monday afternoon. It only had to come across town!

However the job cost A$160 and is most satisfactory ...if it isn't in the long term I'll let you know.
