Hi, I am trying to find where you can get Rimfire Air box and filter as well as a performance Jetting kit for the 2006 KLE 500 ??

You will find a great deal of information on this much underrated competent little 500 at Wild Dogs the South African forum. I know they mentioned the " rim fire " mod but on which thread I don't know. It should be easy to find.
