Question Unleaded fuel in eastern africa

Hi we have a holden jakaroo and are considering taking it overland down through eastern africa. May possibly change to a landcruiser, however since we already own the jakaroo it is cheaper...

What is the availability of unleaded fuel in Africa and your thoughts on travelling in an unleaded vehincle??

Thanks

All the major fuel suppliers are in East Africa: Shell etc, so unleaded is normal - unleaded is very unusual.
