hello dont really know if it is the right place to post this :) but does anyone know any good websites or forums for poeple traveling by car??? like south america or asia kinda thing be gratefull thanks

Odds are you'll find this is one of the best for any vehicle travelling overland - there is a whole 4 wheels section, and most of the TRAVEL oriented stuff on the rest of the site is applicable to any vehicle, 2 or 4 wheels - and even three!

I would say it's not 'one of the best' sites, it is THE best site for any overland travel info & advice, there is nothing that comes close!

Many people do these type of trips in a normal car/van.... 4x4/ bike is always going to be more practical but where is the fun in that.
