Is the price of trucks dropping

Hi all,
I have been lurking on mobile.de for a while now and in the last few months the prices of both unimogs and man kats seams to be dropping quite a bit.
Has there been an influx in ex military stuff come onto the market or is it they are just not selling hence the price drop.
If its any help alot have KFor markings.

I heard from my german friend, that the german army is in progress of renewing their truck fleets. Dunno how true this is, but it would explain the influx of BW Unimogs to the market.

As usual I purchased my Mog about two too early and paid a fortune for it compared to current prices.

why not to look into something like volvo C306 radio truck?

sweden is dumping these out for some 4000-5000e and they are easy pick from sweden.

the back cabin is spacious and well insulated, if I understand comes with genearator and heaters along with 6X6 and all the lockers in the axles and portal axles as unimogs!....and the truck can handle with ease diffucult terrrain.

since the weight is above 3500kg licence it as an truck and it will be free from all the limitations that came with a car...tax free!!!

the orginal engine is robust, and some people has dropped diesels in...worth while considerqation for overlander.

for the rest of the equipment:

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
