The smaller the town the better .. in OZ my guide is 3 pubs .. more than 3 pubs and I worry .. 3 or less = no worry. Well small worry. Think it is the same all over - large places and no one kowns every body so bad people get away with it, small places and every body know what you are doing ..

And the same for people thinking 'the other place is bad' ...
