1988 HJ60 Toyota Landcruiser Fully equipped for overland exp
 

We are selling our HJ60 Toyota Landcruiser following a six-month expedition from UK to Cape Town - price 4,000 GBP. The sale will include all of our expedition gear – the vehicle really is ‘expedition ready’. Items include full-length roof-rack, roof-tent, sand ladders, full tool-kit, water containers, fuel cans, twin-burner stove and cooking equipment, shelving system and storage boxes, table, chairs, lighting, fridge, alarm and good security, stereo MP3-CD player, two spare tyres, safety box and many spare parts.

The current set-up is with four seats, and a shelving-approach storage system in the boot. We have found this works very well.

The vehicle has been well serviced and maintained throughout the expedition.

The vehicle is currently on a UK Carnet, so the purchaser would need to either transfer to their own carnet (a simple procedure) or to make the necessary import arrangements (perhaps not so simple).

(NOTE: We have now increased the price from the 'Cape Town' figure which was very low to encourage a quick sell - we were keen to avoid the cost and hassle of shipping to the UK. As we are no longer in that position, we are looking for a more market-related price. £6,000 is still a good price given the vehicle and all of the kit!)
