Wheel sizes - do you need 16 inchers in North Africa
Hi,
It seems that the majority of 4wds in north africa use Michelin XS (or similar) tyres. Does anyone know if the widely available sizes in these countries are limited to 16 inch rim fitments? If I were to take a vehicle with 15 inch rims, would I have much of a chance of getting tyres to fit, should I need them? Cheers, Andy ------------------ AndyBee

I know that many Libyan TLCs run on 15"s, OE.
But with 2 new spares you will be fine but can always crawl home on a 16" wheel/rim on a part time HJ77. Ch |
