Water fittings

Can anyone recommend lightweight plastic 1/2" or so water fittings (valves and connectors) that can be used with flexible pipe... I am constructing a water system using a shower and flojet pump and the idea is to use various valves in order to be able to use the pump to fill an onboard tank and also discharge from it. Google just spits up about a million plumber's merchants, so I was hoping someone might have a product name or supplier they have used.
Cheers,
Gil

standard

Just use standard push fit fittings available from every plumbing merchant along with plastic pipe. available in 10mm or 12mm.

they are available from screwfix as well. I would go to a plumbing merchant but this link will give you a free catalouge and some idea of price.

Ta!

Thanks for the replies! Due to location etc I ended up going for normal ball valves and 1/2" truck brake hoses. Have also sourced some male and female compressed air fittings to make easy connections for suction and shower lines.
