Torsion Free subframe
 

Does anyone have a design for, or know where I can buy a Torsion Free Subframe to mount a Camper body onto a MAN LE 160 C 4x4 chassis?

Is it possible to re-use a Unimog subframe, has anyone done his?

I've e-mailed MAN directly so see if they have such an item, any other info greatly accepted!

Hey Josh,

I beleve the old MAN-CAT have a torsion free subframe as well as some other army based trucks. MAN has a system with 2 coil springs and a big rubber block at the other end. DAF has a system with 2 big hinges and 2 rubber blocks. I bet there are other systems to.
Maybe if you go and look at an army surplus / dumpstore they have some
