I've had good luck with Konis over the years but I don't know if they do one for the Iveco.

Yep, Koni

Hi
Koni shock ref 82-5162 goes straight on to the front, no farting around.
They're adjustable too (although you have to take them off to adjust them).
There's probably a reference for the back (if it's not the same) but I don't know it and anyway the leaf pack damps quite a lot so flashy shocks on the back won't damp the same way as they would on a coiler...
Happy hunting
Luke

Thanks got the details see below

however 20 mm shorter than standard do you think it will make much difference? Any idea if they are much better than standard?

Hi Mark

The specs for the RT102M1 are :-
Extened lenght Compressed lenght Dust shield OD Body OD Bush ID
514mm 329mm 63mm 56mm 16mm

The specs for the 733223 are :-
Extened lenght Compressed lenght Dust shield OD Body OD Bush ID
660mm 425mm 72mm 64mm 16mm

The main difference between our shocks and Iveco shocks are that ours have slightly stronger valveing for the slightly rougher roads here in Australia,
which in turn makes them a more tougher longer lasting shock for the smoother English and European roads.

Regards.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
