Parts Catalogue - Iveco 4x4
 

hello people.

So here I am in Mongolia, quietly working my way across the most inhospitable 'routes' ever and now is the time my front wheel bearing decides to collapse.
Stupidly I am not carrying any spares and so I have 550kms taxi ride to the great city of UlaanBaatar (where at the moment is the international convention of pickpockets taking place !) and I have spent the week trying to source a replacement bearing.
Finally I have managed to source from both China and Netherlands, with the latter expected in about 10 days and the chinese supply promising tomorrow.

Something that would be of great assistance is an online (or preferably CD version) of a parts catalogue.
You know the sort of thing they have down at the local iveco agents store department. zooom in on your area and keep zooming until a part diagram and relevant part number pops up.

Anybody got any ideas on how to get this for us all ??????

They seem to have workshop CDs for just about everything else on there...

When you surf ebay beware of the difference between "workshop manual" and "parts catalog" (EPC) , I bought the last one on ebay (for a Mercedes though) and it's just brilliant to get a part number on a exploded view wherever you are in the world, all in a CD. Workshop manuals are usually less usefull (in my opinion)

Hi there,
I think I still have the etka (electronic parts catalogue) for Iveco 2001-03 somewhere, it is in 2 CDs and you need to install it on your computer, I never did it but it is a copy from the original so I suppose it will work - what model is your vehicle?
I can send it to you but how?

ALEX - catalogue would be great, thank you. Although my iveco is a 1995 model, your catalogue could well be ok.

Hi Phil, Hi all.
The CD set that I copied off an Iveco dealer before our little jaunt in 2003 is 3cds.
The "compact" catalogue covers pretty much every model made up to the date of issue.
The amazing thing is that when you put in your chassis number it even knows your (original) reg. no. and what options are on YOUR vehicle; so it's not a small database.
I ended up uninstalling it as it takes up quite a lot of space.

This is a bit of a long shot 5 years down the line - but if you still have a copy of those CDs it could be really handy. I've just taken ownership of a 40.10 WM (1994) and Iveco Uk seem to be having trouble tracking it down.

Yep, that is certainly what you call a long shot.
Good job the HUBB doesn't forget to send me an email when someone replies to a thread I've subscribed to.
I've kind of moved on from the Daily - too small. From the HUBB too - a bit repetitive, and I'not travelling.
You'll get stacks of useful info from the Ivecodaily4x4 group on Yahoo. Rich has taken on my Daily and administers the group, he'll sort you out. Trouble is the military versions aren't on the catalog. You'll have to use a civil VIN to get all the trans and drivetrain part numbers. There are a few WM owners there; they'll help with the mil specifics.
A french resident buying a WM! I hope you have a UK address to register it to; the French equivalent of VOSA are assholes and refuse to recognise the vehicle. So virtually impossible to register in France. One person has succeeded (see the Debucquoi forum for details) but he had to change out all the window glass. Now he's stuck with the overweight poorly insulated blue box cos you're not allowed to cut up a "van".

Hi all, new on here, can some one point me to Rich , interested in the ecp disc set for the dailys, i often help a friend with his 35s12, this could come in handy keeping him on road, also look forward to sharing what we find and and sharing knowledge.

lots of good threads there from people and you should be able to get a parts CD from somebody.
