Old Man Emu versus TJM suspension
 

Does onyone have experience with TJM suspension? We are most likely going to replace the rear suspension of our TLC HZJ 75. I've heard good stories about OME suspension but the shop that normally does all technical alterations to our car has TJM. I need some advise on whether or not to take the TJM kit.

If this shop is All American Imports in Kaatsheuvel, they are the European importer of TJM - a company selling the same suff as ARB(OME brand is owned by ARB). TJM has less presence in Europe than in Oz and USA but in terms of quality seems to be indistinguishable from OME.

Try posting it on this Australian forum, or do a search and see what you come up with, as Roman stated OME rules over here as it is the main marketed brand over here, but in OZ there are a few different main players, TJM being one of them.

PS, its a shame you did`nt post this a couple of months ago, as I have a mate who is a couple of months into a trans african trip, that started in Holland, he has a HZJ75 which imported from OZ, it has TJMs fitted, but when they fitted the springs in OZ they fitted the wrong bushes, not fault of the springs just the company fitting them, but it was all fixed free of charge but a company in Amsterdam.

If you want I can give you his email address, but I can`t gaurenttee he will reply as he only checks his mail on rare occassions.
