Horizons Unlimited - The HUBB - Inner tubes - which to get, where to get?

Hi folks

2 months until my departure for 18 months around Africa! I wish it was tomorrow!

I've got 6 Goodyear G188 Unisteel 12.00R20 wheels, 4 on my truck and 2 spare. They came with my Leyland DAF GS from the MOD.

I'm aware of the ongoing debate regarding the pros and cons of tubes and tubeless tyres. The jury is out as to which is better, but for me, since I've got the 6 rims and the 6 tyres, I'm going to stick with tubed.

So my questions are:

Which brand of inner tubes should I get? I'm told quality is very important here, unless I want to spend 6 of my 18 months changing flat tyres! :nono:

Assuming we've now decided on a brand, where can I get them? I've been looking online a helluva lot, and really can't find anything. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. (I'm in London if that makes a difference)
